1. Sign up – Create your Consumercate account and set up your Partner Certificate profile. For every Consumercate member shop, there is a personal contact person available for questions and assistance regarding customer feedback. We also assist with the resolution of any negative evaluations.

2. Install – Add the Consumercate Widget and Site Seal html codes to your website server and start to collect and display customer feedback directly on your website. Show your website visitors that you are a responsible and trustworthy place to shop and prove it with customer ratings and reviews.

3. Communicate – Manage and evaluate your reviews within Consumercate’s member section. You can build strong relationships with your customers by proactively responding to their feedback and working together with them to improve their shopping experience and overall satisfaction towards your store. If you listen and fulfill their needs, they will come back!
