3. Does NoBump really work?

Yes. NoBump has been tested by actually bumping into parked cars as well as moving cars. There has been no damage reported.

The purpose of NoBump is to limit the damage caused by the screws used to affix the license plate to the car.  Since these screws are made out of metal they can easily scratch the plastic bumpers found on almost all vehicles in circulation today.  The cost of repairing the scratches tends to be around $750.  NoBump is intended to limit the damage caused by the metal screws when they inadvertently touch another vehicle.
